Every school has house system for the all round development of children. The name of the houses are taken from the eminent contributors of DAV revolution. It is a source of inspiration for our children to become a good aand useful citizen of the country. The students of Class-III to XII are divided into 4 houses. The are as follows:

1) Dayanand House       2) Shraddhanad House      3) Vivekanand House          4) Hansraj House

  All the teachers of the school are part of this house system. They are divided into these four houses and called as house masters. The activities of the houses are conducted under the leadership of House master. The house students elect the House Captains and Vice-Captains of their respective houses under the guidance of House Masters. The House Captains lead their respective houses and help them for more participation in different house activities. The house captains arrange house meetings once in a month to discuss achievements and failure of the house. They prepare stretegies and action plans for bringing improvement in their performance. The best house is awarded at the end of academic session. This house system enhances their competitive sprit while working in a team.

House Activities

• To manage the Morning Assembly and the presentation
• To write the News Headlines of the Day
• To deliver the Thought in the form of Short Speech and explaining the same
• To look after the general cleanliness of the students
• Participate enthusiastically in all intra-house and inter-house contests
• To help maintain Discipline on the occasion of the school functions
• To inculcate the habit of English Speaking
• To decorate the House Boards
• House Boards are the Insignia that carry the signatures of scintillating significance
